It's a no-brand 3-piece slate table with legs that appear like this and also similar to this. The facility appears to be drooping somewhat as both end pieces of slate seem to incline in the direction of their shared seam with the center piece of slate. I mean I will need an expert to find as well as level this? Which that's most likely a much better suggestion than anything much more extreme?
