Hi! I've been doing web design for 2 years and have experience in several programs. I am currently creating layouts in Adobe Dreamweaver. In general, it's not that hard to figure out. But for a complete newbie, it can seem a little complicated and take away the motivation to do web design. You can create layouts in Figma. You don't have to install it on the PC, there is an online version. I sometimes use Inkscape to create icons. I also use an online logo maker. It's much faster to make one. I advise you to start with these online generators and with Figma. They are pretty simple, which might be enough for you to work with.
